May I split packages between poses? A. All package sheets are highly automated by computer. Please order from each pose individually Q. May I request custom cropping or remove background images? A. We offer the digital file for sale to enable you to make any changes to the picture you wish. Our prints will match your proof. Q. The indoor venue was brightly lit, why is my background dark in the photograph? A. We are unable to light the entire arena for photography. We use a flash to highlight the graduate! Q. When will my prints arrive? A. Orders received by the deadline date will be color corrected, printed and shipped by US Mail within 72 hours of deadline. Q. Is there an option to receive photos faster? A. We offer a copyright fee jpeg photo file for download from our order site, allowing you to take the file to be printed anywhere prints are made. The image is available with 24 hours of purchase and has basic color correction. You will receive an email with download instructions. If you do not have the email within 36 hours, please check your spam folder.
